Case study.

Our last module during our first year at Hyper Island was The Industry Project. Where we group up in large groups (about 10 people in each group), to create our own agencies, form strategies and creative teams to tacle the upcoming challanges. Each "agency" starts of with 3 sharp clients, and Securenet It was our largest client.

Challange:
The challange here, not only thinking of the time preasure. Was to manage all their wishes with our resources. A co-operation site with a new design, front-end and back-end work. A folder in wich they could print information about their sales information, a campaign site containing 3 information films about their products and manage to pull everything together working paralell with other projects.

Solution:
Teamwork and some sharp strategies pulled this together. We ran in to a lot of problems during this project, but thanks to a great spirit from all the guys in the creative team, and a lot of inspiration taken from the reggae genre. We got a result we are happy with, and most important, our clients was happy with it. But as I said, the solution to this problem, was to get the group real tight, everyone pulling in the same direction, and always, even in the darkest of times, keep kicking that little stone forward.
