Case study.

A case that started of pretty small, containing "only" some newsletter design. Ended up in creating several newsletter for different purposes, banners, a blog layout and a web strategy manual.

Challange:
Everything was more or less new to us. A company doing business in an area wich none of us never realy had been involved in. Their targetgroup was far from what we usualy works with and they are such a big and strong brand, that you have to be very careful with what you do since they already have a relationship with their clients.

Solution:
Spending more time on google then ever before, and using the network we gained during the past year. We did a lot of research to understand their business, to understand newsletter, and what makes people stay and read something on the internet. Telephone interviews and visiting the company Compost that is one of Swedens biggest companies when it comes to sending mass mail solutions. In short, doing research and trying to think like our mothers brought this one home. We are very happy with the result, and the client was as well.
