Case study.

Albin Metals AB started up during spring 2007. They needed a website to comunicate with their clients and investors, aswell as the press. They asked me to make their website including both layout, grahpics, xhtml, css and a cms so they could update their news easily.

Challange:
The big challange here was pretty much everything. Since they were just started they didn't have any material that I could use or a graphical profile to use. This was also my second website I've ever made for a company, and I was still not that familiar with either cms or xhtml/css optimation. I also had to do a lot of research to find out what needed to be in a corporation website, like pressreleases and stuff like that.

Solution:
Browsing a lot of css sites like css mania, I finally managed to get inspiration and put a layout together using colors that both I and the company was happy with at the time. During the project, google and contacts was my best friends when I tried to work all my problems out, the xhtml and css went pretty painless, but creating a php based cms was a little painful. But with patience and some time spent on google aswell as on my previous work with cms, I managed to put it together so they could update their latest news and allowed them to use html tags to break of the text and create links.
